Breanna at the Bixby branch is a great Officer to have on your accounts. She is very polite and helpful! Goes out of her way to see to it you are taken care of. I have banked here since for the last 19 years. Good place for business. A+

The Bixby Branch Manager, with the help of her assistant, went so far and above in the customer service arena to help me with a critical need requiring ongoing communication, including reaching out to two out of state banks where I have accounts, that I am compelled to move my funds from these other banks to Mabrey! There really is nothing I can do to thank these amazing ladies, so I will share my gratitude here! Also, a shout out to the sweet and efficient drive through tellers who are always efficient, plus they give my two pups treats!

just now!!! do not use there ATM used my unemployment.Card to draw my pay check off ATM said transaction failed and it took my amount I tryed to draw off and gave me nothing. Cant get anyone to help. Poor customer service

This banks hours are a complete joke!! I'm stuck having to use them to cash a check by a company that is using them and while Google says their locations are open, it's not true. It's just the drive-through that's open. I tried to get the check cashed on Friday after work at 4:30 (left work early) and the lobby was already closed at 4:00!! But Google said they were open. So I tried the drive - through and guess what??? They won't do it through the drive-through. I have to do it in the lobby.

This is one of the most backwards banks I have ever been into in my life. Melba, one of the tellers was so rude to me. I went in to cash a check provided to me by one of their customers and she was demanding my social security number. This is the first time I've ever been told by a bank that they would not cash a check unless I give them my social security number. They obviously needed to fill out a CTR but my SSN is not required for that. I presented my ID and they refused to cash the check drawn on their bank. When I called and explained this to the operator, she was also rude and said to me... are you finished yet? Do yourself a favor, use a credit union. I hope this bank fails sooner than later. I left a message for the owner of the bank and my number. I doubt I'll have a call back. Please, avoid this bank, otherwise they will be trying to get your social security number, which is not required, and God only knows what they want to do with it. For that matter, Melba could have been stealing peoples identities telling them it is bank policy. Again, never have I encountered this in my life at any bank. The amount of money flowing into this bank via Medical Marijuana is amazing. They need to get used to it. Oklahoma Voters spoke loud and clear and this bank obviously has no respect for the voices of Oklahoma Voters!
