I have mental illness. I went to this bank to get a check cashed, which they said they could do over the phone. Once there, they said no, it had to sit in my daughter's account overnight. I start getting upset but was fine and made a seemingly threatening comment about a different business because I say horrible things when I'm upset. They took my money, then called my daughter saying I'm not allowed to come get my money, she has to alone. The bank personnel is clearly not trained or sensitive to crazy or Autistic people. Also, their fees are way too high for a tiny insignificant bank.

I can not say enough about Lisha and how professional, courteous, and knowledgeable she is. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very considerate of my time. She did exactly what she said she would do which was a call back and an email. I previously worked at a competitor of MidFirst and the time it took Lisha to open both my accounts was so much quicker then just opening one at the competitor I worked for. Excited to see where this banking relationship takes us.

The customer service at this branch provided by the manager was absolutely amazing! I was about to switch banks but she was so helpful that I will stay!

Other locations are still nice , this one has objectively speaking gone down. 4 reasons. My overdraft was somehow turned on , and no one notified me until I owed them over 100$ , just for being 15$ overdrawn. Additionally , they new assistant manager Lisha had monitored my transactions then I get banned for using my money to buy crypto which is totally legal- the familiar faces and helpful attitudes were no longer at this location and everyone was in my business wondering why I owed some disgruntled friend some money and took that as suspicious as well. I hear this is the reputation about a few of these workers among other branches , I am now in a better bank. And I don’t appreciate being kicked off the system during the holidays - when I wasn’t even consulted before hand - which they said they would consult with me in a note they sent - but never did. Really messed up.

I have been a customer of this bank for over 10 years. Last week I had a two party check for around $200 that I wanted to put in my business account. I was denied and was told they could not help me. I used to know everyone in the bank and I am sure if Mike was still there I would not have had a problem.

I have had nothing but great customer service at this location. Megan especially is so friendly and quick in the the drive-thru. Thank you!
