“Midfirst Bank genuinely cares about their customers. They try harder than any other bank that I have ever been with at trying to please me as a customer. I have never had any other bank call me to let me know that someone is trying to cash a check that seems out of the ordinary (such as a high dollar figure on the check). I have been called to let me know that I was overdrawn. Midfirst Bank offers incentives to new customers more than other banks. Most of all I love them for remembering my name when they greet me when I walk in even though I am not some rich tycoon that stands out but a regular person doing my banking with Midfirst Bank.”

“My loan was sold immediately to MCC. At the very beginning it was very rocky. When your loan is sold There is always a transition. Where no one wants to accept your payment. I sent them a principal payment and they held it for two months before they applied it which I did not like because I was still paying interest even though they wouldn’t accept any payments. They also refused an extra principal payment after the middle of the month because they told me it was their policy. I sent a copy of my contract stating I could make a principal payment anytime I chose and they did allow me to do that. Since those initial first few months of having to fight with them to give me what they should’ve given me from the beginning everything has been very good. I go to the website rather than have my payment taken out make my own payment and if I want to add principal I can within two days I can go and see that that principle was applied. I can also check to make sure I was charged the right amount of interest. I have been with them now for seven years and I have no complaints whatsoever.”

“MidFirst Bank has been a good clean quiet safe bank, I like there online Banking platform and I have had no issues, In the past they have had good rates on there CD's & savings Accounts this has changed and they seam to be lower than average if your willing to use a online only bank you can get much better rates.”
