While I don't know a lot about this company, I can say that this was the most polite service person I have ever met. I'm writing this review because he was simply exceptional. He kept me informed of his progress, explained just enough - not too much but helped me understand exactly what was wrong. He quickly solved the issue, and went the extra mile to ensure that the printer was in good working order. I don't even remember what was wrong with the printer, but I will never forget the good impression.”
