This pharmacy SO much better than the national chains. I don't have to wait hours for a simple prescription and I can actually get someone on the phone. The staff are actually caring and helpful.

We love shopping at Reasor's on Memorial Dr, Bixby. In comparison to other grocery stores, we find Reasor's to be conveniently located, well-stocked, and have good weekly sales. Other than grocery items, they also have a deli, bakery, and floral dept. It's easy to find everything you need in one location!

Great grocery store with a regional chain of locations, including a 24-hour store in Tulsa. Carries items I cannot find elsewhere.

When I first moved to Tulsa, I LOVED Reasor's, because of the service! There were always checkers; there were always sackers; I could always ask for curbside service for my groceries.Sad to say, it's now not much different from shopping at a Walmart, as it's clear they want you to check your own groceries or -- if you wait in line -- they will check them and MAYBE sack them, but they won't load them back into your cart.I wish they'd never sold their stores to the new owners.

It is a shame that I am only visiting my family here in Tulsa as they have no Reasor's far up in Biden's home state. As a vegan, I was delighted to find chocolate sunflower butter cups (www.free2bcups.com) with all the varieties (both chocolate and dark chocolate) being vegan, and to be all the more ethical, free of 12 different major allergens. I would also like to give a shout-out to the following staff members: Mr. Colin the front-end manager, Mr. Tom for keeping the floors clean, Mr. John for keeping the parking lot free of carts, and Mr. Kevin Crawford the manager for keeping the entire store prospering.

Bethel at the Bixby Reasors floral is exceptional. She has completed all my floral needs for years with excellent professional expertise and customer focus. It is so nice to give her complete latitude to build my arrangement knowing it will e fantastic. If you need flowers, see Bethel at Reasors Bixby off Memorial.

Reasors Bixby is amazing. I am always greeted by first name, they always have my kids and my scripts filled and ready to check out. They always call me if there’s a question or substitution and ask if I approve. I couldn’t say enough about the pharmacist and techs on staff here. I’ll never darken another pharmacy and haven’t for years. Even if their out of something- I’ll wait!!

Last week I placed an order for a birthday cake for my wife. I was to pick it up at 9:00 a.m.today, her birthday. At 8:00 a.m. this morning I received a call from a girl at Reasors telling me that "the baker didn't show up so we can't get you a cake". I guess they are a one-man show in the bakery! So...one hour before pickup...on wife's birthday....I have no cake for her! That is a lousy way to do business!!! I will tell a lot of people!

Great selection, especially in produce and meats. We're new to Broken Arrow and we enjoy the great selections at Reasor's Bixby.

I've been shopping at Reasor's in Bixby to buy all of my elderly parents's groceries for them. Since they shop there and have certain things they like there, that's where I've gone in hopes of finding what they need and want. Each trip there since early March has been disappointing and frustrating. The main reasons for this is that the store is usually poorly stocked (I can say this because I'll go to the 41st Reasor's location and find a fully stocked store), and poor customer service. Another example, when they stopped carrying a favorite frozen food that my 91 year old mom loved, I talked with customer service who said that they'd try to mention it to the manager but that probably nothing would come of it. Then I went to the 41st location and found the item easily with the help of a very conscientious Reasor's employee. The South Bixby location, while it is in a much more convenient location for me, will NOT be where I'll shop again. Today's trip convinced me to take my business elsewhere when, again, Customer Service told me I couldn't exchange one bag of unopened chips (still in the Reasor's bag) that I had just bought for another. Nowhere is it posted in the store or otherwise, that you can't do an exchange. I think that would be good communication to provide the patrons in order for them to absolutely know this policy. The chips weren't expensive, not really the point, but the lack of helpfulness from the manager was astounding. I guess I should have just told him the chips were moldy and then he would have cooperated and exchanged them. My bad.

I have went to multiple Reasor's locations during COVID19. Several Reasor's employees have asked me why I am not purchasing more items. I find this behavior very toxic, unethical and ableism. Employees attempting to pressure customers to purchase more items. First of all Reasor's does not pay any of my bills nor are Reasor's employees my accountant. If your employees are being underpaid they need to speak with management about that.

Reasor's stores have smiling Jeff Reasor on tv, but when it comes to service during this pandemic they leave A LOT to be desired! We are in the at-risk age and health group and have ordered three times now for pick up and never gotten about a third of what we ordered and NEVER any paper goods of any kind! So, today we ordered from Neighborhood Market online for pick up and on a $100 order we got each and every item we asked for and NO substitutions! The customer service (I use that term loosely here) at Reasor's told me that we were ordering online at the WRONG time!!! Just FYI, we've ordered day and night and had to wait at the computer for Reasor's to finally give me their time only to go for pick up and wait for one hour and ten minutes!! Mr. Reasor you need to work on your stores and customer service and quit smiling on tv like everything is good!!! While you're at it, you might try remodeling your store as you've been saying you would for 2 yrs. at 71st & Sheridan. It is a pit!

Great selection but prices are a little high. I like prices high as it brings a higher class clientele and fewer kids. The butcher shop has quality meats, again at higher prices. Not for budget shoppers...
