Very friendly greetings from all the staff, incredibly flexible with timelines and extremely knowledgeable regarding standard maintenance practices. My experience with Robertson Tires was awesomely pleasant and I will continue to use them for future car care!!

Updated. Mr Joe reached out and acknowledged it was a bad day in house for them. Mr. Joe apologized and was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
Worst Robertson location. Front end manager has no people skills. I watched him argue with all but 1 customer in my 6 hour visit. I’ll keep it short, 6 hours and they couldn’t fix a nail in my tire (fixed by another shop down the road in less than 30mins), argued with me about what my keys look like, and tried to charge me $35 for I’m not sure what still. I’ll never return, and if you visit once you’ll learn why.

They service your vehicle with integrity. They are clear with the expectation and back up their work. The shop by 111th and Memorial is my go-to place.

I wanted to give a quick shout out to Jake, the mechanic who found a small nail in my tire that was causing a slow leak, and was able to get me in and out of their garage in less than 10 minutes, all at no charge! He was extremely competent, courteous and professional. I will definitely return to Robertson Tire in Bixby when I need my next set of tires, or for any other relevant auto repair needs.

Robertson Tire saved my day Nov 11. I had pulled out of my garage and I heard the dreaded sound like a flat tire. I decided to put air in the tire and drive it to Robertson Tire. I had been encouraged to use them by a friend. The personnel at the counter welcomed me and went out to get the Vin number instead of asking me to do it. They were personable and told me approximately when to return. When I returned to the shop they kept me updated on the progress of my car. When the tire was fixed and my car returned to the front I was ready to pay the fee for the service. I was told that there was no fee. I was astonished and really wanted to pay them for their service. I highly recommend Robertson Tire to my family and friends! They are truly customer oriented!
