This business was sold sometime back. It is now some corporate business. The care has gone downhill. Lost a kitten today because they didnt check him for parisites when we took him in. They also recorded him as having a flea infestation when we had seen two fleas the day before. We had given him a dawn bath. He had one dead flea I couldn't get off his foot, when we went in. Changing vets immediately.

I am very pleased with the amount of care everyone at Southside Veterinary has provided. I am very limited in my schedule, and they were very accommodating and understanding. Thank you all, and Dr. Riley, for exceeding my expectations.

I called this clinic to get a rabies shot for my dog. I know you can get an $8 shot at SPCA but I didn't have that kind of time. The lady on he phone at Southside Vet. said it was $35. A little pricy but ok. I show up Dr. Boomer takes us back uses her stethoscope for 2 seconds gives my dog the shot. I walk out to pay and the lady says $55 dollars! I say I called and the shot was only $35! The doc walks up and says I gave her an exam. I was in shock! I didn't ask for an exam and If listening to my dogs heart for 2 seconds is an exam (for $20) then wow, I cannot afford this place. The main beef I have is that I called in advance, they got me in the door at $35, and then switched on me after the fact. This is the classic bait and switch and so for that reason...I'm out! Buyer beware...unless you can afford a $55 rabies shot!

Having just gotten a puppy, quality care was very important to us when looking for a vet. Southside has far exceeded our expectations. The staff is amazing! They make you feel like more than a patient, they treat you like family. The genuinely care about you fur baby & are willing to take the time to hear any concerns you may have. 100% recommend this vet to anyone who is looking for the best care for their baby!

Definitely do not recommend. We have been coming here for YEARS and out of the blue they started changing prices on us. We have a plan in motion in order to get our baby girl fixed and now they're playing with the prices. Originally when we had taken her in they told us one price which was around $36, then I received a call and was told that the price was actually incorrect and that it was $45. As a sane person and loyal customer I had agreed to that... BIG MISTAKE. We go in during our appointment and were told the price was incorrect ONCE again. Very unprofessional and this time it was $60+. They need to get there stories lined up and we will NOT be going back again. Its a shame since all of our other pups have been going there for years.

We’ve used this clinic for years and have watched it grow! We take our dog & 2 cats here. Recently we had to have one of our cats sedated and shaved b/c of severe matted fur and they did an excellent job! Their customer service is wonderful as well. I also like that I can call ahead for flea & tick meds and they will have it ready for me if my pets have been seen recently.

I absolutely love this team! They always take great care and show lots of love to all my animals. I took my puppy here for her spay, and I am very happy with the service, love, and attention they gave her. They took such great care of her and made sure I had all my questions answered! I greatly appreciate them!

Absolutely the best around. My pups have gone there since they were 8 weeks old, and my oldest is now 4. I would not go anywhere else. They go above and beyond to make you and your fur babies are happy and taken care. Miss Susie is a pleasure to speak with!!
