Vast Bank has several locations and I have had the opportunity to meet or at least talk to most of the customer service employees, and I have only experienced excellent customer service from each of them! They are a joy to deal with!!

I cannot say enough how good my experience was working with Pam Whitworth at Vast Bank. She was very courteous and professional guiding me through the maze (for someone who hasn't applied for a loan in 30 years) of mortgage finance and lending. She was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. We have banked at Vast (Valley) National for about 33 years and all of the people there are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

If I could, I would have whomever Deborah is, head on a platter and she would never work in banking and have any customer service job ever!! This is THE MOST hateful person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Bottom line...she cost your bank a customer and deposits worth 6 figures yearly!! Shame on Valley National for allowing this sort of abysmal service. It's a wonder you are still in business!!
