“I love this shop it's one of the few that still carries the juice I love. This is the only shop I go to. I've almost always had great interactions with the staff and they're very friendly. However last time I was there I think it was a newer employee and he didn't know what coil I needed for my mod. He showed me 3 different coils none of which were for my mod. He told me that it's the one for my tank that I said and to go home try it if it isn't right come back with my mod and he'll swap it out. We inevitably went back with my mod to get the correct one and my husband went in while I stayed in the car with my kids. He told my husband he gave me the wrong one because I told him the wrong tank. I know for a fact I told him Freemax Mesh Pro and he just chose a freemax coil and gave me that one. But he straight up lied to my husband for no reason telling him I said it was a mag. I've never even owned one of those I didn't even think that was a tank I've only heard of the mag mod. So I'm a bit irked by that employee who chose to lie about me for no reason to my husband when in all reality it didn't matter. I understand if he's newer and doesn't know all the tanks and coils. But to lie to cover for himself was upsetting. But other than that one guy the staff have been great and have always understood exactly what coil I needed from me saying the name of my tank and been so friendly and welcoming.”
“I was in a bind. My Vape went out and I had no way to get to the store. I called and they were very helpful in finding out what I needed. This awesome place delivered the item to my house within 10 minutes of the call. They definitely have a fan now. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!”
