“Over the past ten years, Loftis & Wetzel Insurance has handled all our insurance needs. During the last few years, we have become better acquainted with Penny, Jamie and their team and would like to say that we are very pleased with the personal touch and prompt service we have received from them.In several recent situations, I have called on them for their help regarding our policy and coverage and each time, they have responded promptly, professionally, and followed up eagerly to make certain our needs were adequately met. They truly do provide the 'customer service' we all seek from those with whom we do business. For the above reasons, and the list is even longer, I recommend Loftis & Wetzel Insurance for a review and handling of any insurance needs you might have.We are quite satisfied with our choice and look forward to continued service and a stronger working relationship with these folks. No regrets or complaints here at all.Satisfied customers for years,Mark & Judy Quinn”
