Need an oil change but looking at all the negative reviews about rude service, I’ll take my money someplace else. I need some other work too, but I’ll give that $600 to another business that has good reviews. I suggest they wise up and hire women who actually know how to speak to people. Because if I came there and she did that to me I’d probably slap the makeup off her face

They were very nice and got me right in to change my warped rotors and brakes and even checked to see what the funny noise was that my car was making. They gave me a print out of what that funny noise was and told me to save some cash to buy the parts online and they'd be happy to put them on. Times are tough and i appreciated them trying to help me. They are reasonably priced. They even offered to take me home and pick me up while my car was being worked on. I totally recommend them. Totally good vibes. Small town good folks.Service: Auto brake replacement

Average service, nothing special about this place. Lady on the phone could use a little work on her people skills. Prices are a little higher than surrounding area for tires. Oil change price is average for this area

After having been towed in to town from north of Tonkawa, Rick's Service Center diagnosed and replaced camshaft position sensor on our engine in about the time it took to go out and have lunch. When we returned the vehicle was ready to go. Professional, reasonably priced, and friendly service. Next time when we are in the area I need the services of a garage, we will go to Rick's Service Center.

Mark is an angel from above!!! Let me start there.My Kia Rio lost power and became undrivable. After calling all around Blackwell OK and being rejected without even getting to discuss the cars issues, i took it to Ricks. I knew they did oil changes and were well known for theire vehicle maintance and services. I started to beg a guy who laughed at me and said i needed to talk to Mark. Come to find out... Marks a total engine n**** I was blown away with how fast he troubleshot and found the problem. He not only gave me several options about how to proceed, but his own personal opinion.... Which i went with. I mean... He is def a proffessional.I was plesantly surprised with the bill. I honestly expected the work to cost more. After meeting all the folks who work thereI will 100% be back! (I do drive a Kia....)If you're local and need an automotive problem fixed, dont waste your time and money elsewhere. Tell Em Okie sent Ya!!!

Rick's is a very great, friendly and reliable place to go. My wife and I were traveling from Texas to Kansas and back but our cv axel was giving us trouble. They changed it for us as well and gave us a chance to make it back home. If we are ever on the road again we definitely will be stopping by to say hey.
