This laundry facility is a rip, RIP OFF. When you are in a position that you NEED, not want; but NEED to use a facility such as this one and there is no human to assist when their machines malfunction and they don't even have a working phone number. It becomes a SCAM!

When there to wash my big blankets. The place smells the washer where you put you soap and detergent and fabric softener looks like they haven't been clean in months some looked like it was mold. Both change machine were broke. The mop bucket and mop was left out. BUT the floors and table were clean.

Had all of my clothing loaded and dispensers full of soap and softener when the machine decided it needed to eat all of my quarters. ALL 38 of them. Unfortunately, no phone number was posted to call in such a predicament. So, I googled the place, found a phone number and proceeded to call. Well…the man who answered apologized because he was not anyone associated with the place. Stated that he had only had the number for five months or so. So I’m out the soap and softener but also the 38 quarters. I am beyond mad about that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they like being ripped off and screwed.

This place is a DUMP!!!Ive seen cleaner crackhouses....Am i the only 1 noticing the black mold growing on the ceiling tiles? Great way to catch respiritory problems. But by the looks of the place the owners dont care.Machines look like 1980 models.... Most dont work. Only steal your $$ since no Out Of Order signs were used. Ponca City has much better Laundry mats.

It is a very quiet and clean laundry mat. I never really have any issues there and there are benches to sit down at inside and outside.

What a garbage heap. It cost almost a ROLL of quarters to wash a large load. $8.75! Cash only. There is a sign blaming prices on rising utilities. No, it doesn’t excuse those prices. This place has ZERO amenities. No WiFi. No bathroom. No sink. I mean, a bathroom is pretty freaking basic. It looks like it was built in the 80’s and hasn’t been updated since. You’re taking advantage of the lack of competition. But I guess that’s Blackwell for you. Glad I don’t live here. I won’t be back.
