I had an account at this bank several years ago and was very satisfied with their service. I moved away and closed that account. I moved back over twenty years later and thought I would open an account there expecting the same service I once had, mistake. The account manager introduced herself and told me there was no monthly fee for personal or business accounts at there bank. I asked how much they need for a deposit and the accounts manager said one dollar and I opened an account thinking I would do a bank transfer later after I had set up my online banking. I tried for over a week to set up online but their site never worked. I called the bank several times and they told me the person I needed to talk to wasn't there. I tried to call the person that managed the online accounts and after a half dozen attempts, I gave up. I left on a 4 week business trip. When I returned I found that the branch manager had closed my account. The only letter I had received from them was may bank statement. They charged me a service fee and of course, this had overdrawn my account. I called the branch manager and talk about a bitch-on-wheels, she is one. I asked why I wasn't notified that there was a fee charge for an account and she said I needed to read the fine print on my contract and she didn't care what I had been told. Long story short; No communication, terrible service, bad attitude, and deceptive practices!

Never heard of a bank that doesn't loan money for a local commercial purchase because the purchaser is out of town. Sharon, I'm glad not all mortgage brokers are like you.
