I used to love this store until they were bought out. Prices never match the website and it usually has a hefty markup. I know they price match, but come on. $18 for pool test strips (hth) Walmart has the same test strips for $9.44 and you get 5 more strips. I went to get parts for a traeger and they were all locked up, when I asked an associate for help he had to track down the manager to get a key to unlock it. Robbin’s be Robbin I suppose. 🤷🏼♀️

When you check out, pay attention to the price your merchandise rings up. I've had stuff ring up higher than the price tag at the shelf. I guess I should practice what I preach. This has occurred several times in the last couple years. I usually just shop there for single, need in a hurry, items. Pretty much everything in the store is overpriced compared to other hardware stores. But they know they're the only game in town so they can do that.

I've heard of over pricing but wow, this place really goes all out. 1 customer a day pays all employees wages and building overhead.

This stores always seems to have just what I need. In addition it also supports Military discount in conjunction with Tax Exempt.

High prices but have what I need... Mostly. The part that bothered me and the reason I'm writing this is they rummaged through my backpack I left at the door while shopping!! I've never had that happen anywhere and they were getting a kick out of it! Nothing stolen but WOW! Pretty upset about that.

Their "plant lady" went out of her way to educate me and help me choose the right plants for specific areas in my yard. She was so nice and helpful!

Terrible place, 0 customer service. People that work there know nothing. Most of time out of stock on hardware. Lack complete supplies for projects. I now drive to norman Lowes for everything.
