I just bought an SUV from Mark Russell, and he was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and friendly and made the purchase go very smoothly. He even came in on his day off to show me the car. That's a level of service that you don't get from most people these days. Overall, it was a great experience.

From time I pulled up to the curb and young man met me, introduced himself and ask me how he could help, it was amazing the detail this dealership went to, to make me feel welcome!!! Right up to the very personable Owner of this wonderful dealership, everyone I met, nothing but a “CLASS ACT!!!”! Ive worked for a lot of dealerships but have NOT seen BUT A COUPLE I would recommend my friends to without ever going back to OK! I would tell anyone close to this dealership in Blanchard OK I cs they could count on nothing but the best in. Ot just sales but especially service!!! Can’t say enough positive things

Overall was a ok experience. I am bothered that I was lied too about my trade in. Was told that he couldn’t meet the trade in price for my vehicle that I wanted because he would have to put new tires on the truck. But I went back a couple days later to bring the extra set of keys for you and the truck I traded was on the used lot and did not have new tires on it. I am a disabled veteran and I don’t like that I was lied to. I know business is business but at least be honest.

Let me start by saying, Mark went above and beyond for our family! We reached out and told him specifically what we were looking for and he never forgot about us. Mark, along with the finance department, worked hard to get us into our dream car. Nobody was pushy and they respected our boundaries and didn't even ask us to stray from our financial comfort zone. The deal was quick and painless!!! I wont be going anywhere else in the future! Knipplemeier is a great place to buy a vehicle!!!!!
