I went here as a kid, and 15 years later I worked here for four years. I’m still close with many of the former employees, the owner and her family, and even the kid’s families. It’s truly like a family, and the only place I would trust to take my child if I had one. As for the other rater saying negative things… Never heard of them nor has anyone I’ve asked about them. Not sure if they have the right place, or if it’s an account trying to spam negative things because they’re disgruntled. Either way, I wouldn’t put much energy into that review.

Wonderful center, my siblings and younger niece have attended and their growth ,developmentally and socially, was tremendous.

I’ll start by saying I am not a confrontational person at all and I have never left a public complaint anywhere. This comment is meant to be informative- not harsh or mean for no reason. Not a good experience at Lollipop. I have walked in on one of the ladies yelling at the babies (literally infants) because there was more than one crying. I have witnessed this twice. I get it. I worked in a daycare- it can be frustrating, but that felt absolutely out of line. My child was new to daycare (new to being away from me in general) and I was very clear about that when I enrolled them. Since then, I have been told it’s not normal how they aren’t adjusting, talking to me like there is something wrong with my child for being shy. I also got a hard time when I kept my child home on days I didn’t have to go into work (a couple of days every two weeks or so). One week we were sick and missed almost a full week. I informed them we were sick, but I still got a warning saying that my child’s spot would be filled if they didn’t come back soon. I have a few more complaints, but the last big one I’ll mention is that I was clear about my child not liking milk. I asked if they could be given water instead, and this never happens, so my child has spent several days at daycare without something to drink. And it’s impossible to get the director to even look you in the eye to start a conversation with them. Just weird vibes and times all around. I’m curious to see if this review will stay in place because they some how have zero reviews. I can’t be the only one who has experienced this stuff.
