I love this location! The employees are young but that doesn’t stop them from being eager to help and provide excellent customer service. I just spoke with Carson on the phone and he was extremely helpful and friendly. I won’t hesitate to always use this location!

Make sure they do not clear your check engine light. They did this without asking me when I asked them to read it. Now I can't get my car serviced despite the fact it's under warranty.

Oreillys In Blanchard is simply some of the best service I’ve ever seen in a small town establishment . The employees are very professional , stay busy and always serve with a smile . I grew up in this town and when I need parts I come here because of all the great people and outstanding service . Im so proud of B-Towns little part store !

I ordered a power steering pump pulley in and it did not come in after I was told 3 different times it would be here. They reordered it in and then had a bad attitude. The lady that waited on me would not listen to what I had to say and kept over talking me. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. It is worth the drive to AutoZone in Newcastle.
