I have used this establishment 2 times , once for a front end alignment, and then for a spark plug change on a 5.7 Hemi Ram pickup (which is pretty tricky). I am very pleased with the customer service and the work they did was top notch. I am VERY happy with the work they have done. They also did it in a timely manner that was exactly what they told me it would be prior to bringing my truck in. I appreciate the fact they they are diligent and smart about setting appointments.

The guys at Quick Wrench are just the best. They go above and beyond in service. They are friendly, polite and professional. I brought my car in for an oil change and had a lower engine cover on order, to be delivered the next day. They kindly offered to replace it for me when it came in and didn't even charge me for their time. My very first encounter with them, they came to my place of business to tighten lug nuts on my vehicle so I would be safe in driving it. They have definitely earned my return business.

I find that you can tell more about a place when they make a mistake than when everything goes right. Every business eventually makes mistakes... and we were one of those. We went back in - spoke with the owner / he immediately owned up to it and took full responsibility. It was a costly mistake but he insisted on making things right 100%. They stood behind their work completely and we will be happy to return in the future.
