Jackson Angus Beef is an extension of our ranch where all our beef originates from. Our frozen beef is USDA inspected. We offer over 10 different cuts of steaks, tenderized meats, smokehouse meats, roasts, ground beef, ground beef patties, limited quantity meats such as oxtail, tongue, and marrow bones, and speciality items such as beef bologna, smoked links, beef franks, and our much loved summer sausage which comes in regular and jalapeño/cheddar.
