Have told them multiple times to leave packages at gate instead of taking it back and told them im fine with it just sitting there. So ive currently been sitting at the place for 2 hours now waiting on the mail carrier so i can grab a birthday gift i need today. 3 stars because most of the time they leave it at the gate, but the other times i have to wait for them to bring it back. Office employees are very nice though and helpful with shipping when you want to send something.
