We bought 2 vehicles from Mainer at their Okarche location. Since they only have the Bristow location open, we were worried that having warranty work done would be challenging. They have gone way above and beyond to accommodate us and help in any way possible to not inconvenience us, even towing our daughters Escape from OKC to Bristow when her transmission went out and left her stranded at a stop light in OKC. They replaced her transmission with a brand new one and when we picked her car up, we were shocked to find they had DETAILED IT. It looked good as new again. All at absolutely zero cost to us (for the detail that is…we obviously purchased a warranty from them, thankfully! It saved us thousands of dollars). What a gem they are and we are thankful we purchased vehicles from Mainer!

Bought my 2021 trailblazer with 60k miles on it in April, horn went out and check engine light came on by 2 weeks. I called them to tell them and he said it was nothing he can do about it. Now my transmission is bad and I have to pay for repairs on that.. 6 months after getting the vehicle.

Very satisfied with our experience. The entire staff was very helpful and even made a last minute unprompted decision to pop a new battery in the car we purchased just because they weren’t happy about the one that was in it. Will definitely shop here again.

Not sure why the dealership requires you to use their financing. If you don't, listed price on car goes up 1,000 dollars. Wow! You guys need to find a better way to be competitive in this space.

I had 3 sensors to go out and it took several days to get in, my truck was there like 8/9 days which I totally understand the people would call and let me know what the issue was and when they expected the parts in overall a great service
