It's 8:30pm all the lights are on but the front doors are locked with Noone in sight. What's the deal???? Can't post a note on the door explaining why your doors are locked during business hours??

I shouldn't have to walk through an employees cloud of cigarette smoke just to get inside because she's choosing to sit in a chair by the door to smoke. is there not a back door or a car that she could do that in?!
