The BBQ sandwich with bologna pulled pork and link sausage was amazing delicious ? trying something different next go around

Flavor was good but the ribs were so tough they hurt our teeth. And a bit too salty each time we get them. Maybe that's just to my taste. But 2 out 4 times we bought them they were super hard to eat and not tender. Potato salad was pretty tasty.
