I got a flat tire coming out of Bristow, OK in the early evening on Friday after Thanksgiving, as it was getting dark, and had to pull off on a dark country road and call AAA. Calvin's Wrecker Service was assigned. Mike showed up from Shamrock after keeping in communication with me, assessed that the car needed to be towed as the tire couldn't be changed, took my dog and me back into Bristow, waited while I got a motel in Bristow, towed my car to a tire place and ensured it was secure, and took me back to my Bristow motel - all the while ensuring my dog and I were always warm and safe. Mike was fantastic and professional, and I felt comfortable and taken care of all the time.
