Beware, Beware, Beware. After waiting a month to get an appointment, they took 5 weeks to fix a dent in a door. They used many excuses, waiting on parts, waiting on insurance company, it’s difficult to paint etc. Communication from A-1 was nonexistent. There were several calls between A-1 myself & the insurance company, initiated by myself or the insurance company. They called me once when the car was ready & I still had to wait when I got there so they could wash it. A-1 wanted to charge me extra because the insurance company wouldn’t pay their high labor price. At one point A-1 even told the insurance company that they didn’t have my car because I didn’t bring it in.At delivery the car’s interior was covered in heavy dust along with the rear hatch not aligned properly. I decided not to take it back to A-1 because I didn’t have another 5 weeks to wait. There were several other issues but I didn’t want this review to get too long. There are way too many body shops is Broken Arrow so any future business will go elsewhere

My truck looks decent. That's best part. But from beginning all the way to the end there wasn't much communication. I got my truck back dirty and no one ever went over my repairs or walked me out to my truck to go over anything. Just not professional. I've heard great things about this place from friends. Just disappointed.

A-1 Auto Body & Services is open Monday thru Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; we are closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but have a key drop available for our customers to utilize when dropping off their vehicle during non business hours. We are still the same family owned and operated business in Broken Arrow, but we’re still working on gaining access to our Google listing and website. So please be patient with us as we update these things so that we may better serve our community!

A1 Body, their receptionist and their manager Dave deserve a negative review or zero stars if you could do that. Their behavior was not professional, unwelcoming, and argumentative towards some legitimate concerns. I've had an appointment for a month. The receptionist is the one that made my appointment and she knew who our insurance company was at the time of the appointment. Fast forward to today and the receptionist presents us with a waiver or some piece of paper to sign saying we will pay any and all overage charges that the insurance doesn't pay. She proceeded to tell me that we have bad insurance and that they don't pay the hourly shop rate they charge to do autobody work so therefore we will have to pay the difference. She then tells me that if the insurance company cuts me a check for the repairs that I must bring them the check and sign it over to them. I am absolutely not to cash the check myself under any circumstances. They obviously don't trust customers to pay the bill for something they agree to despite that they will hold the car until payment is rendered. They do not take personal checks and they charge a 3% credit card fee if you pay with credit card. The only way with no fees is to pay with cash. Sounds shady. Every issue I had with their policies was thrown back into my face and told well that's our policy. They immediately came off as a place doing shady business. The receptionist was very rude and tacky in how she addressed any of my concerns with how they do business. The manager, Dave stepped into the area and immediately said that if we don't like it we should just take our business someplace else. He didn't even try to come to any acceptable solution. I then asked for the release I signed to be handed back to be so that I could shred it. The receptionist refused to give it back to me. Again a practice of shady business. The manager then threatened me with severe physical harm, threatening that if I don't leave now I'll never walk again. I should have called the police on this guy. He literally threatened me with physical harm. I immediately left the property. I tried to call back to talk to Dave on the phone. His receptionist hung up on me three times. This is customer service at it's worst let me tell you. When I finally got through to Dave on the phone he refused to listen to me. Just let it be known that this shop does bad business. I cannot vouch for their repair work but their business ethics should be enough to have them shut down and few people looking for better places to work. Everything was my fault for not knowing before I came in to do business and nothing was as even addressed in a manner that made me feel like my business was important. It was a take it or we kick you off the property and threaten you with physical violence kind of place. Be cautious around Dave especially. I would welcome a phone call from the owner of this establishment. Turns out manager Dave may actually be the owner of the establishment David Lewis. If it's true it just shows that even the owner is terrible with customer service and bad business.

They painted my car in 2000 and it still looks brand new. It's a 1985 944 porsche, and they are my go-to paint repair shop.

Terrible experience. Demanded they take my insurance check over my personal. Would not give me my car back until doing so. Just because the insurance was written for more than what they quoted. Terrible management and representatives.
