Tyler went above and beyond helping to install the battery in our silverado. 1st kid said no because it required taking a lot of components out but Tyler grabbed some tools and went to work. About 30 minutes later we're back on the road.

Went in 3/23/24 the receipt says 5:46pm. Called ahead to make sure they had a lockout tool. They did. That’s the reason I gave 2 stars. The service doesn’t deserve any. They were nice on the phone. When I got there it was a completely different. No smile I’m not positive but pretty sure there wasn’t even a hi. I’m so sick of being nice to store associates and getting treated like scum in return. I am in a customer service position as well and would never do anything to make a customer feel bad. There’s too many other auto parts stores to have to put up with it.

I was rear ended in the intersection by their store on a Sunday when they were closed. My electrical system went out upon impact so I was afraid to drive the car home. Besides I was injured and shouldn't have driven again that day anyway. I had someone move the car to the parking lot of Advance Auto Parts which was across the street. I called them the next day to let them know why the car was there and when I would have it towed. They were very gracious about it and asked how I was.

*Kids with terrible profanity working the store*first could not find and asked help then told me they don’t sell a product. Said it showed they had on their website. Instead of looking, they asked me for a part number. Where did all the good help go?!?
