We recently engaged Allied Van Lines for an interstate household move. Overall the experience with Allied was positive and we recommend them to anyone looking for a mover. Allied’s cost estimate was higher than other movers but in the end, their actual costs were in-line with other carriers once the truck was weighted. Their driver and crews on both ends of the move were outstanding. Everything arrived in good shape. We had one hiccup when they changed drivers and the delivery schedule became volatile but Allied managed to get us back on schedule.
One note of caution with many online brokers hocking cheap moves. These actors lowball upfront costs and hold customer’s possessions ransom at delivery. Use public sites like the DOT to surface potential issues prior to committing to a deal that’s too good to be true.

Moved from Tulsa to Chicago using Allied. They were professional, helpful and conscientious, even so I am missing a couple of things, one recovered, and had damage to one piece of furniture, an antique, but I am told by other people who have made cross country moves that this is typical with any carrier. I will in future be more careful about making an inventory list and photo documentation. Even so, I would consider Allied again in the future.

Our move from AR to ID went quit smooth. You whole team that worked on our move from start to finish we're all great! Kim Williams in CS was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. Don Lingo CMC who came out to do a visual inventory for an acurate estimate was professional, informative and personable. Sam our Transport Truck Driver was very clear and punctual on arrival his arrival and delivery times. Fantastic considering all the sever and inclement weather systems between AR and ID in mid Feb. We did have two damaged items items upon delivery. Sam (driver) was very forthcoming and brought the items effected to our attention which we appreciated. All I had to do is contact Customer Service and a claim link was forwarded to me me via email. I'm hoping the claim process works as smoothly as everthing else did. I would recommend Allied Van Lines to anyone for their next move. Great group!

The moving service provided by Allied Van Lines and Oil Capitol Relocation was excellent and furniture was moved from Tulsa to Los Angeles in 4 days. I would hire them again if I had a need!

They broke my bed and are trying to only pay to repair the bed with guarantee on repair work. The contract clearly states replacement of like quality and they arr trying to claim because one company claims they can repair it that I have to accept that decision.

This was my first experience with a full service moving company and it went very well. I was nervous about all my belongings going into storage with them for a couple months but when it was all said and done we had everything in the new house and didn’t have any negative issues. No damage to the house or our things. Would look to use them again.
