My late husband had opened an account here days before he passed away and had wired money into this new account, I have been dealing with this place since December on trying to close the account. The people in this location and in Customer Care, do not seem to know what they are doing and it has been awful dealing with them. Today I went in this location and requested to get a print out of each statement since he opened the account, they told me it would be $2 per statement, so $14...I hand the woman my debit card and she tells me that they do not accept cards...only cash and directs me to their ATM in the entrance, I get cash out and walk back up to her to hand her the $20....she then informs me that they are NOT a cash establishment and cannot make change.............I am almost speechless at this point feeling like surely she is joking....I mean SERIOUSLY? I have never encountered anything like the people that work here at this branch and in their "customer care" department. I provided my husbands death certificate and the letter of administration in person to this branch and they told me they would send a photo copy of these documents to their Customer Care for them to verify them.....They will not have anyone in the branch look over your documents in person to verify your ID and looking at the originals.....they like to do this part over the phone......much more secure this way (sarcasm)....................I lost my husband and this place showed no sympathy and only made things harder for me. I would never recommend using them. The procedures they have in place for account security are not logical. Do better

The person that wrote me the check was livid and will be closing his account with them by tomorrow, because what is the point on a bank if they are "cashless". I could see if I walked into their bank with a Chase check and tried to cash it, because it was not written from their bank, but if one of their account holders writes a check to a person, they should cash it, because it is the will of their account holder. I assumed that maybe the teller was just being rude and didn't want to do her job, so I called a little after I left and spoke to another person. Company policy is that "they are cashless". So, if you're considering opening an account with these imbeciles, you may want to rethink it.

Nothing but issues. I have multiple accounts with this bank and they always block or stop transactions so you call to figure it out but they are either closed or have an extremely long wait on hold and when you do talk to someone they blame it on the card info was wrong, even though its on file and has been used before, or say its multiple like charges, because the system rejected it the first time so I try to process the payment again. They don't really care to help you and don't change anything. Go to a different bank.

I am very disappointed with this Credit Union. I used the mobile app to deposit a check. The mobile app accepted but I received a letter stating it was rejected because it was unable to read the name on the check. I went inside the branch to deposit the check, it was accepted. Then I received a letter that it was rejected because it was a duplicate. When speaking with the agent over the phone I was advised that this was my fault. So now I have to get another check from the company issued out the check because AA Credit union fail to admit their wrong. I thought a banking institute is suppose to protect you from things like this. All I can do is shake my head and move on.
