My bittersweet relationship with this bank is an extremely tedious one at best. My mother uses this bank/branch and for 15 years I have had to do her banking for her. Evidently they do not like dealing with people that do not have accounts with them, even if you are family to the account holder. So today, my mother needed some cash, had to order new ATM card, so she could only write a check. She is also extremely limited on what she can do, being on oxygen 24/7. I missed the lobby by 3 minutes (they used to be open until 7pm?) So I had to use drive-thru. I had her DL as well as my own, endorsed the whopping $50 check. After waiting almost 15 minutes, a young girl came on monitor saying they couldn't cash the check since I am not an account holder, unless I wanted to open an account myself. Mind you, I have made dozens of deposits, cashed dozens of checks, and brought mom's to the bank for various reasons through the years. They care so little about there own customers that they haven't caught on to my mother's situation in hundreds of visits over 15 years. I asked them to explain the difference between me walking in the lobby 3 minutes earlier and me being at the drive-thru now. She said I am not an account holder. I tried to tell her that I am in charge of making decisions for the 2 accounts in my mom's name, and that I will be closing all the accounts my family has with them. She had no problem with that. So if you want a bank that works with you and for you, do not go here. I would never do business with anyone that tries to make things difficult for any of the people that I do business with. I implore you to cease doing any business with these stuck up, self righteous, egotistical morons (sorry, but they really all where. I try to avoid name-calling if possible). Honestly, what is the difference between walking in the bank 2 minutes earlier and going to drive-thru? They have cashed checks for me many times in the drive-thru before. Are they not adult enough to make decisions themselves? Was a ridiculously eye-opening interaction that really makes me concerned about the future for our kids.

I brought a check in from my employer's bank to start a new account and I asked "does it need to be cash or will this check be fine?" They said "It didn't matter" they then proceeded to hold my money for 11 days. I had no warning of this. I couldn't pay bills or buy my child food. I was told this wouldn't happen again yet here I am once more penniless and negative in the bank because you took the $200 out that you said would be available immediately because it was a check FROM THE SAME BANK I HAD THE CHECK FROM PREVIOUSLY. Twice you've taken food off my table with bad business practices consisting of deception and lies. The only compensation I get is soulless worker bee apologies the likes of which I'm sure will be responding to this review in the same manner. I'd rather put my money into the "Bank of Al-Qaeda" than risk depositing it into this humanity-less trash hole.

First one in line. And last to get helped. All employees on the inside just standing around. But eager to help the business lane when someone pulled up. Then just assumed how I would want my money done. Customer service here sucks!!

Horrible! Do not bank here! Dawn called me on a holiday to question my banking transactions that are none of her business asking personal questions as if I owe anyone an explanation. Thank you Dawn for pushing me to go back to BOK where my business is appreciated!

Came in for a debit card because a server accidently kept mine and I left without thinking. They sent me back to the line and it took 30 minutes. They charged me a fee which I was okay with but they didn't tell me about it in the line at all or that they would charge $7.50.It is standard across all banking institutions to at least say " Hey there's a fee it's X amount. " especially a fee that's charged on a situational basis and at the banks discretion.As someone who grew out of a teller position elsewhere, I have printed 1000s of debit cards myself so I am intimately familiar with how this whole transaction should have went down.Instead, I was shocked and appalled by the lack of professionalism and regard for another person last Saturday morning on September 2nd. I will know to avoid this branch at all costs at the very least.I have been with Arvest for 12 years now and I must say the standard is severely low at this branch specifically.

Super friendly branch. Very customer service oriented. I rather go inside because their drive through, it is slower than an IV. They need to improve in this area. By the way I'm a customer for 20+ years.
