I've had multiple units at this facility, and it's been great! Lynn always goes above and beyond to be helpful. I have found a smile, and she's been helpful every time I've needed something or had a question. I've even considered moving the 15 other units to this facility because the customer service is so good, and I like the units. However, moving my other units for business would almost triple my cost. Some units I've priced here are cost-prohibitive, so I only use the one I need to access frequently.

I have rented several units here for several years. Lynn has always taken great care of me and I haven't had any negative occurrences. I like the way they keep it up. It always looks nice and I feel secure keeping my things here.

I have been a long time customer, the on-site manager Lynn is the best. I have two units and have had no issues ever.

We are a small nonprofit who has been using this location (Hwy 51) of Aspen storage for several years. The on site manager, Lynn, has always gone the extra mile to help us with any need that we’ve had. Everything is always clean and well maintained. Any concerns were immediately addressed and rates were comparable with other local storage units in the area. As long as this good service continues, we plan to stay for many more years.

I had a boat and equipment trailer stolen from here. The cameras didn’t catch who did it and I found the gate wide open and out of order.

Pos company. The deposit check the wrote me bounced after they wrote it 15 days after I moved out only because I kept asking for my money back. Office staff was completely rude the moment after I moved in.

Heartless company! If I could give a negative infinity rating for this Storage Company, I would because that is even too good for them! The store manager (MARY) is rude and inexperienced with handling professional conversation with customers. I also requested for prorated amount weeks that we were not able to get into our unit due to construction in front of our unit. before but never received a call back from the store manager. There was absolutely no warning that they were starting to build RV units 12ft in front of our unit that we use for our company's landscaping equipment. My husband did speak with Mary once, no call back to follow up. We have left 2 more messages with the receptionist and asked if the manager (MARY) could contact us back. Do not recommend this company or at least this site.

This place is crazy expensive!!! $315.00 a month is what I was quoted for a 14x50 storage unit. No thanks . I could buy land and build a storage building for less than that per month
