Horrible experience. I ordered a NEW Samsung Galaxy watch, but I received a generic Att box, when I opened it was the watch, in a plastic bag. I contacted support and they said I just needed to go to ANY att store and ask for an exchange. Well NO! First just 1 store in Tulsa had the 5 pro... So guess I much time it was wasted looking for the watch... When we finally we find one, this store wanted to charge us a restocking fee! Crazy! They are the ones that should be paying me (discountijg from the price) for sending me a "new" watch in a generic box... So not only an open box, but not original box at all!

We moved two lines to AT&T service for the first experience. Our sales/service person was top notch & gave us the expertise we needed. We are very satisfied with AT&T. I would recommend.

This place always helps me with my devices greatly. However, I had a couple of bad experiences with customer service specifically when I call the store.

Got the phone I wanted but so pushy with the extras. Read the room. If someone says no to extras and insurance, then it's apparent they don't want extra insurance or screen protection. 100% #facts

This place is horrible there is a chemical smell in the building. I brought my phone to get the screen fixed at my appointment time and did not get it tell 6. When I was told by AT&T it would take the most 2 hours the most. The guys that fixes phones has no care in the world for people time.

Was just in there to upgrade my literal 10 year old phone and this dude was so rude to me. Would not look at me, would not speak clearly and then told me I couldn't upgrade because of a tiny crack in the corner of my screen lol. Awful customer service.

New I Phone 15 pro max. This entire purchase, download and subsequent bill was not explained AT ALL!!!! Charges added without permission. All from this location on Hillside Dr. I will say over the years the personnel at this particular store are all about there paychecks and not giving correct information and when we were confirming our purchase none of this information was relaid to us until we get the next bill and OMG!!! Never paid this much EVER!!!! Go to talk to them and nothing resolved. Basically told it is what it is!! Did show added item never approved!!!!! This in my opinion and from some of the other reviews tells me this store is all about scamming the customer to make their sales goals?!?!?? If someone wants this store to continue in business because they were dead slow when we walked in. Tells me people are not returning. And I can guarantee when I pay these off and out of this contract, count this account GONE!!!!!After being a customer for over 20 years!! I want truthful people!! Not once during this upgrade process have we been told the TRUTH about the purchasing, receiving, downloading or payment amount. All we have had is a bunch of lies and scams. And you would think in this day and age where there are other choices, you would make sure you are UPFRONT AND HONEST, NOT ANYMORE at this location!!!!

The people in the store were able to fix the issues I had from ordering through ATTs website. Go to a store when you buy phones or set up a new account. Going to the store Is Much easier and less time consuming than trying to do it through their website. Nothing but trouble doing it through the website

Terrible customer service at the AT&T store in Broken Arrow. I went in last week to upgrade my IPhone 11 Pro to an IPhone 15 Pro Max. Johnny was the rep that helped me and apparently he ordered the wrong phone. It was sent to my house and when I opened it, it was a 15 Pro (not the Pro Max I paid for). So I went back today to exchange my phone and they tell me in order to do so I need to pay a $55 “restock fee” because I opened the box that the incorrect phone came in. REALLY?!? I have to pay for Johnny’s error? So I called corporate while standing in the store and they said it was up to the manager of the store to waive the restock fee. I explained that to them and Gary, the manager, refused to waive the fee. It’s so simple to provide good customer service and so sad that some people have such a power trip that they refuse to be kind. So disappointing!

Trying to charge someone a restock fee when the employee ordered the wrong phone initially- and the customer paid for a different phone that was actually more expensive. Error on your part…this incident is making its way around Facebook. Scam artists.

The store is fine just depends on the person that helps you. Some will scam you when upgrading to new phones because apparently the next up and insurance get them bonuses. This last time they said the printer was broke and so you couldn’t see what they did and by the time it is on your bill they must have gotten their bonus. When talking to ATT they said they get this complaint quite a bit so just be aware, probably not isolated to this store. I can tell you when I took the trade ins back the help was exceptional so it’s just a roll of the dice so pay attention.

Three visits, 3 horrible experiences. Corporate store needs help! I'm now on hold with ATT tech after Kadin threw our new phone in a bag, a sticky note as he mumbled how to set up new phone. ? I've spend three days of my life trying to do the job of ATT thanks to Kadin & gang at this store!! The worst customer service experience ?.
