Liz is amazing! I called from out of town about a replacement lock for a lug nut that I needed asap. They went above and beyond trying to help me figure out which one it was and even asked me to reach back out to let them know we made it to a safe location after being broke down with a flat tire in another state. I appreciate you so much Liz. You helped during a really rough time and your kindness made a huge difference in our day!

Trenton helped replace my battery on my 2014 Chevy Equinox. He had such a hard time removing the old battery, kept having to go inside to get a different tool. I apologize to him, didn't realize it would be so difficult. He was extremely nice, finally got it off, cleaned all the corrosion off before installing my new one, I love the service I received.

Went in for a rear signal bulb, walked in about 4 employees standing at the front not helping any customers just talking to each other, and two more employees walked in that were out smoking when I pulled up. Still not one associate spoke to me, went to the bulbs completely clueless to what I was looking for. Seen a QR code to look up what type of bulb I needed. Signal was weak so came out of the aisle trying to get the webpage to load stood in the middle of store front. Still no acknowledgment from the employees, QR code didn’t work so had to google what type of bulb needed. Went back to bulbs and found the one needed, still no acknowledgement that I was even in the store. Walked to the register then and only then was I asked was I ready to check out. When did customer service not be part of the job? One bad experience can ruin it for the whole company. Do better autozone.

I bought some new headlight bulbs for my son and tried to replace the high beam with a regular light bulb. ??♀️ Bryson was super helpful and helped us to put in the right bulbs in the right spot. He helped a ton! Thank you Bryson!

Auto Zone 811 S. Elm is everything! The staff is really REALLY helpful and friendly. TJ G. sweet above and beyond! I appreciate him SO much!! I switched my business to AutoZone. I do $3,000 a month in business there. I just walked in there and spent $35 on a set of sockets made by duralast with a lifetime warranty. I wasn't even asked for my phone number so I could get the points on the purchase. I didn't realize it until after I had paid when I mentioned it to the clerk that I needed to put my phone number on there for the points he said it's already too late can't do anything about it. Well what you could do is turn around and give me a $5 credit on a gift card or something for the five bucks you just cost me.paying these guys on commissions or giving them bonuses and things and this is the service that I get. refund the purchase and ring it up again. The same day I posted this review is the same day they contacted me and corrected the situation I appreciate it very much that was the fastest anybody's ever responded to review and actually corrected the situation thanks.

Ordered my part I needed said it would arrive Tuesday went to pick it and they had no idea where it was or if it even made it.. I told them frigid forget it can find it ordered it Saturday and I went to O'Reilly they ordered it Tuesday and I picked it up wensday they was very rude and disrespect full I won't be back
