First, this is a vet inside of Petsmart so you will get mass produced vet service as well. Not special care and attention you get from a locally owned vet. Here was my experience. We won't be going back. The people were nice mostly.
It took 30 minutes of waiting in the room to see my 2 animals I had appointments for. I finally went and asked the guy upfront how much longer would it be bc I was ready to walk away right then. Turns out, no one had a clue we were back in the room. They immediately serviced us.
So this is not going to be the new vet for our 7 animals. This is the kind of lack of general care that is unacceptable for my pets and my family. We had to take off work for that. The entire exam took 10 min. We were there nearly an hour total.
Price wise: I just did annual exams on 2 cats in good health and it was $120 each. So it cost as much as exam+shots should have somewhere else. They also upsell a lot and have their own upsell programs that makes naive pet owners think they need to spend all that money on younger, healthy animals. Just saying.

Banfield has been a great for my fur babies! We traveled full time for a few years and it was convenient to always find a Banfield nearby. Since moving to BA permanently, we are very happy with Dr. Smith and the team. The receptionists are always quick and friendly. On this past visit, Charlotte was so nice explaining all our options and taking excellent care of our baby. I feel like the price is fair, and paying monthly keeps me from paying a fortune all up front at other vet clinics.

The whole team at Banfield goes above and beyond to care for my 4 pups! From the front desk, over to the VA’s, and up to the wonderful doctors; you can feel the care and concern at every step of the visit. I really appreciate their dedication to my fur babies. Thank you Banfield! 🫶🏻 also, Charlotte rocks!

Love my Banfield!! They always take such amazing care of our pups- they’re always in good hands.
We especially appreciate how up-to-date and informed they keep us about their health, well-being, and progress.
All the employees always stand out, but yesterday both Charlotte and Jonathan shined— exceptional service and interaction, clearly listening to all our needs and seeking to provide optimum care for Winston, who tends to be quite nervous around new people and situations.
Currently have two pups and previously 3 cats that went here— highly recommend!!

The staff here are absolutely amazing!!! My cat charlie was really sick and had gotten much worse just on the drive there, so it became a emergency and saw him immediately... I was already afraid i was gonna loose my cat... They were SO compassionate and understanding of the situation. After the vet looked at charlie they had me go into one of the exam rooms so he could talk to me and explain what was happening with my baby.. he was only 1y 5m olds and they were almost 100% certain that he had feline leukemia or F.i something i can't remember but his survival rate was barely 10% and he was really sick and in pain so they had to talk to me about letting him go, which it not what they wanted to do of course, no one wants that... They were so amazing with helping me get through letting him go to sleep, after it was done let lete have some more time with him before they got him ready for me to take him home and lay him to rest...! I HIGHLY recommend Banfield, they are compassionate, kind, understanding of circumstance, they really care for your fur babies as if they were their own!
