Nothing at BOA has ever been easy for us. And we are regular people who pay our bills. If it wasn’t so much trouble, I would transfer everything today to another bank.

Went to Bank of America at 1800 S Elm in Broken Arrow to make deposit. There were no tellers at any lane. I went to lobby and it was locked. It was 9:50am. Lady inside waved her hands with 10 fingers. WHAT!! Door hours posted were 10-4p!!! I worked in a bank for 15 years and never had such customer unfriendly, ridiculous hours!I then went down the street to our Chase Bank and made deposit. That teller could not believe BA's hours. Their hours are 9-5.Come on guys. Think of your customers.
