Another 15 minute wait in line for a teller. B of A with all the staff cutting and drive up closed the constant waiting is enough for me. Hello Arvest.

Went to Bank of America at 1800 S Elm in Broken Arrow to make deposit. There were no tellers at any lane. I went to lobby and it was locked. It was 9:50am. Lady inside waved her hands with 10 fingers. WHAT!! Door hours posted were 10-4p!!! I worked in a bank for 15 years and never had such customer unfriendly, ridiculous hours!I then went down the street to our Chase Bank and made deposit. That teller could not believe BA's hours. Their hours are 9-5.Come on guys. Think of your customers.

always so hard accessing my own moneyfor example 7/5/2023 i've been doing business with BOA for months with 50,000$ + i understand its not a huge amount but i came in and they couldn't tell me when they were gonna allow me to get my funds, i understand holds for safe measures but when they cant tell me what the hold is and how long , it was a check drawn off a local company that ive been getting paid from there since the start of my account. i will be using other banks from now on

I was told by their corporate help number after receiving a scam call that ID'd as Bank of America that Bank of America does not call their customers. No voice message left so I feel this was another scam call since there is no known reason to telephone me.

They use the drive thru for employee parking. When asked why there isn’t a sign alerting customers that they will no longer have a drive thru, I was told “company won’t let us”. Which going inside wouldn’t be so horrible if they have actual working hours but no they close at 4 so it’s impossible to get here during the week if you have a job. And now there is no drive thru so you’re just screwed. Going inside isn’t pleasant either. The tellers are rude and parking is near impossible even with the employees parking in the drive thru. And the response to this negative review will be a bot telling me to complain to BOA twitter which is truly a cruddy way to handle this. 0/10 please don’t bank here.

I brought a check that was given to me by a business I have dealt with before and they said they cannot cash it. They said the account had the funds in it but since the check was over “a certain amount” they could not cash it. Absolutely ridiculous that a bank would issue checks and refuse to honor them. They should not be allowed to have these kind of rules.

Ridiculous!!! They told me over and over when a check would be deposited after a hold, now it's 4 days longer.

THE ABSOLUTELY WORST AND MOST CROOKED BANK ON THE PLANET!!! LETTING A KNOWN CRIMINAL HOLD YOUR MONEY WOULD BE A BETTER THAN PUTTING MONEY IN THIS BANK!!!
