Worst service ever by David Rivera . This so could banker guy is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ver met! I came in told me I can’t get approved for a house blah blah he would roll he’s eyes and just huff and puff . Refused to even listen to what I had to say. Told me no bank nor anyone will help you and just looked at me like I was trash. Guess what the mortgage link has help me a lot I close this Thursday on my first home. So suck on that David Rivera hope you get fired !

I recommend using Allison. She is great. She's very helpful and knowledgeable fast friendly service. I switched my bank account from Western sun to bank of Oklahoma because of the level of service very very great place to bank. Thank you Allison thank you Allison thank you Allison

It takes forever to talk to the customer rep. Once the phone line is connected, you'll be sent out to an answering machine and never hear from them.
