  Bath and Body has lovely scents of soaps, sprays, candles, perfumes, bodywashes, shampoos, conditioners etc.
  The store is set up with different categories of items stacked up to make it easier to find what you are looking for. Other items are in small containers/ bins which also makes it a breeze to choose what you'd like. Their scents change somewhat depending on the season always making their store smell inviting also with seasonal music! Such an enjoyable experience!
  Their sales are great and you get coupons some also.

  I usually find it a bit challenging to shop at these types of stores, but this visit was completely different. I was helped by the assistant manager, Jelly, and she truly made my experience wonderful. She was kind, patient, and went out of her way to make sure I found everything I needed. Thanks to her, I left the store with a smile and exactly what I came for. I’ll gladly go out of my way to shop here again!

  I had the BEST experience at the Bath & Body Works in Broken Arrow! The whole team went above and beyond to help me. Kristen, my salesperson, was absolutely amazing—she took the time to walk me through everything and even helped me get my coupons organized so I could maximize my savings. Thanks to her, I was able to use a 25% off and a 60% off coupon on top of everything else!
  
  Fernanda at the register was so kind and efficient, and Ramon, the manager, was outstanding as well. You can tell they truly care about their customers—not just being polite, but really putting in the effort to make sure everything is right.
  
  I’ve been to a few other stores, but this location stands out. I would 100% recommend coming here and asking for Kristen, Fernanda, and Ramon. They made my shopping trip such a great experience!

  Absolutely horrible. Ramon has harassed me and my family each time we visit. So much so that we choose not to visit this location. He would follow us and make constant condescending remarks. For example, he’d ask if we were looking for anything so I responded that I knew what I was looking for. To this, he said “Oh, they know what they’re looking for.” in the most belittling tone known to man. Just recently, I came in with my family, hoping for a better experience and better management. Sadly, I wasn’t given either. Once again, Ramon harassed my family by asking us even we even knew what we were smelling. He went on to try and guilt my sister into buying by saying sales were bad and people are losing their jobs. He then asked for her name and age to attempt to hire her? We had only walked in a smelled a candle. We did not ask for a job application or to be harassed. We immediately left after that encounter after feeling completely disrespected. Bath & Body Works please do better.

  To begin, I was greeted by Ramon who was SOOOOOOO kind, cheery and helpful! He not only told me all about the sales but how to use my coupons and the app ALL while helping train an up and coming employee waiting on her interview! Way to multi-task, my friend! His positivity was so refreshing!
  I made my way up to checkout and met Memori who made sure I got all my deals and savings! She was so kind and cheery as well and very knowledgable!
  I dont get to visit often but its my new favorite location!
  I hope they read this and know I appreciated their help and I love my new products!

  RAMON AND JENNA! both were so so so sweet. Ramon was interested in me and my friends just as PEOPLE, not as customers. He complimented our dyed hair and asked us questions about our lives and assessed our personalities, LOL. so so sweet. both need a raise or a promotion or SOMETHING!

  I Absolutely love going to This Bath and Body Works! My favorite part is when I come in and See Ramon there working! I've been coming to this location over a decade! He is so Friendly,Funny,Knowledgeable and gives you the attention as if he was personally shopping for you! He treats Everyone that walks in with all those qualities and a Amazing Positive Attitude! Another one of my favorite parts is being rang up by Memori! She's so Helpful,Kind and Patient with making sure I get my app scanned for my points and if I have any free gifts! She really helped me with figuring out which scent I should go with! She's a Great Lady!!!

  The WORST Bath and Body Works store in all of Tulsa/Broken Arrow. Ramon is exceptionally talented at harassing customers by following them around the store and incredibly rude. He is constantly invading customers’ personal bubble by questioning why they picked up every single product in their cart. Which I get it! You wanna show good customer service, but it is way too much!
  
  I left the store today feeling incredibly belittled and disrespected. At checkout, I had bought a hand sanitizer holder and he said, “do you even know how to use it?” Like who’s asks that?? Then I had nicely asked him if the coupon for the mini/travel products went through and he said, “LOOK!” and proceeded to make condescending remarks saying, “how about you be my second pair of eyes and look yourself!”
  
  I never complain or make reviews, but I just want others to be aware. The other staff are decent, except it seems like they’re constantly walking on eggshells. If you’re wanting to call and complain, good luck, Ramon is the manager lol.
