If you have a battery close to the end of the warranty, watch out. They will get it to take a charge and send you out the door. When you find out a few days later that it'sŏ still not holding a charge and you take it back, they say sorry, warranty is up, nothing we can do.

Went in for a battery we found on the website. Clerk was very rude and unhelpful and was rude to a customer on the phone as we came in. He didn’t seem to want to work at all. Then would not honor “buy online pickup in store” prices, tried to charge additional charges and then said he didn’t have change for $200 on a $150 purchase. Lost a good customer and our business from now on.

Most of the store was empty in a way that leads to you wonder if they're going out of business. Oddly enough reminded me of an old Radio Shack from back in the day. I went in asking about a Nebo flashlight to replace the one that was broken from a few years prior. The employee kept trying to get my phone number. Finally I saw it was RIGHT NEXT TO THE CASH REGISTER. Not a great experience.

I have done very little business with Batteries Plus. So, as is the case with most of my reviews, this will be of little help. Two things I will substantiate though 1) If you are looking for an odd ball hard to find battery try them first. They either have it or can get it. And 2) They take your old batteries for recycling, at no charge. I like the business especially for reason 2. I had a big battery pack that needed to be recycled. As far as I know this is one of the few places that will take them. Thank You, Batteries Plus. Save up your old lithium-ion batteries and drop them off here, versus the city garbage.

My order was in expensive and ready to pick up when I got there. I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect the whole time. When I looked around, I saw that they had a very large inventory of batteries and even headlights and tail lights. They even had a tiny watch battery. I need it for my pocket watch that I didn’t even know it was there until I got there. I will definitely return and buy more products from them.
