Most of the store was empty in a way that leads to you wonder if they're going out of business. Oddly enough reminded me of an old Radio Shack from back in the day. I went in asking about a Nebo flashlight to replace the one that was broken from a few years prior. The employee kept trying to get my phone number. Finally I saw it was RIGHT NEXT TO THE CASH REGISTER. Not a great experience.

I have done very little business with Batteries Plus. So, as is the case with most of my reviews, this will be of little help. Two things I will substantiate though 1) If you are looking for an odd ball hard to find battery try them first. They either have it or can get it. And 2) They take your old batteries for recycling, at no charge. I like the business especially for reason 2. I had a big battery pack that needed to be recycled. As far as I know this is one of the few places that will take them. Thank You, Batteries Plus. Save up your old lithium-ion batteries and drop them off here, versus the city garbage.

My order was in expensive and ready to pick up when I got there. I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect the whole time. When I looked around, I saw that they had a very large inventory of batteries and even headlights and tail lights. They even had a tiny watch battery. I need it for my pocket watch that I didn’t even know it was there until I got there. I will definitely return and buy more products from them.

The Broken Arrow store has very helpful employees and provided us with great customer service. They also had a great price on the particular battery I was looking for, and based on the friendliness and knowledge of the employees, I'll be back!

This place always amazes me. I had a new watch battery installed and a specialty bulb located in less than 5 minutes. I told my wife as we were leaving that I can't think of any other retail store who has staff that are as competent as Batteries+. They always know their stuff and get you in and out quickly.

Fantastic experience both times I've come to have my phone's screen repaired. A year ago, I had a Google Pixel 2 XL screen replaced by the next day as I had gone in near closing hours, and earlier in the week I've had my Google Pixel 3a XL screen replaced within a couple hours, looking as brand new as when I'd bought it with a temporary screen protector until I applied my own. I'd recommend, if possible, calling in advance for item availability as I had to wait 4 days before they had the screen needed, but I was happy to as their customer service was genuinely gracious - highly recommended!

Buy your watch batteries here! Forget Amazon. The young man working the store was very knowledgeable and informed me that they get new batteries about every month, which means the batteries you buy there are fresh. You might pay less on Amazon but you'll get dead batteries or batteries that are going to die quickly. I'm glad I came here, good choice.
