So we have been at Battle Mini Creek storage for five years until yesterday 10-8-23. We had a 10 x 20 climate control unit and it was great, clean, great security and price I would recommend this place for storing your goods. The people weee great and very helpful of your needs.Thanks !

I’ve been renting units here for a while. The staff is always friendly and easy to reach. I’ve never had any problems with this storage unit. Highly recommend renting here!

It was very easy to get our unit rented right away. They actually answer the phone and have a real person manning the desk during business hours…So much better than some other places I had looked into! I immediately felt comfortable signing up with this company. Rates were reasonable as well.

I rent a covered storage for my boat from the fine people at BattleCreek Storage. I love the convenience of the location being in Battle Creek myself and the ease of doing business with them. This is a small business the customer service has been fantastic. They understand the needs of boat and RV customers and accommodate our weird hours. Great place and happy to be a customer and to support local small business.

I have been storing my motorhome at BattleCreek Storage for more than a year. The facility is safe, clean and well maintained, the price is reasonable and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I've been using Battle Creek Storage for all my things going on for 4 years now. I especially like how they have the climate controlled storage room option for your things. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have rented a storage unit for 17 years now from BCMS. Even though the stff have changed a couple times through the years, they all have been very nice and good to work with. My unit had aa small issue with the door...i told them and they got right on it and had it fixed in no time.

Been there a couple of months, I like the area, the facility seems to be well kept, haven't been there at night, but looks to have good lighting, and security cameras. The staff has been very helpful

Clean units, friendly management, safe and gated facility. Prices were appropriate and I felt safe leaving my belongings in this unit in between moving. Renting the unit was a simple process and I would recommend to anyone looking to store their belongings.

I have rented a storage garage for all the extra junk I have for the last three years. No real problems. As long as I need extra storage this is a good place. I recommend it.

Just received a call that they needed to move me to a different space because they a building indoor storage on my space. They then proceeded to tell me that my monthly cost will double because they don’t have any more spaces of my size. Poor poor customer retention. They gave me to the end of the month the remove my stuff. What a joke.
