Lady at the front was giving off a weird vibe. I can’t understand the policy for no returns because I received this shirt before I bought it no rips, tag is still in it. But I assume she ripped it on accident, still disappointing.

Very clean, organized, I thought prices high on clothing items. Jewelry and accessories 4.99, lots of items. Not a lot of men's especially T-shirts

Super organized and clean but a little hard to find a certain size when the size tabs are all over the place. Wasn’t much nice quality of clothes for toddler girls but some were cute. I have a lot of consignment store experience from working to shopping and the pricing isn’t very reasonable. I know these places need to stay open and make business but some of the prices were not even half of the original price it was more and especially for used clothing. Cute and nice things but the last 2 times I went in I left with nothing or one thing because it’s expensive.

There’s a new girl younger girl that started working there. I come in every week to drop off consignment. She has so much energy and is the sweetest girl! She helped me find items around the store, rang me up, and just talked to me and made me feel welcomed! I love the christian music they play as well. They have literally all kinds of clothing items and they post items on their facebook and instagram. Definitely a great store I 100% recommend

I purchased a holiday dress, got home and immediately saw that it had a huge tear in the back (tulle material). I have no idea how I or the employee who accepted the consignment missed a hole this size. My only thought is that it happened while it was being held at the front while I shopped around or when they had scissors near it, as they cut off the tags at purchase.
I immediately called the store and was told the owner would call me back on Monday which she did. However, she was unwilling to rectify the situation, not even store credit was offered. I was told their policy is on my receipt. Well, if it’s on my receipt that is post-purchase and pointless to even mention.
I had also purchased a headband to go with the dress, a pair of jeans and another dress. You would think better customer service would be provided, especially when stores are competing with Amazon and the ease of online shopping. I will no longer give them my business, unless the owner decides to change her stance.
Also worth mentioning, it’s extremely hard to get your foot in the door as a consignor.

I visit every few months because they do have a great inventory, but the staff has never been very kind. I never ask questions because I overhear how they speak to other customers & it’s never friendly.
It’s a cold environment and after reading other reviews, I now know it’s not just me that feels this way.

Very organized. I did see a lot of trendy things. I feel like customer service is lacking in some areas. Overall definitely a nice place to go if you like to thrift shop. I loved their hat selection.

The reviews are spot on. The owner is not friendly and she teaches her employees to do the same. I hate bringing clothes in here because of it and make my husband because of all the rules.

The owner is extremely rude and unwelcoming. She is mean to her employees and doesn’t even seem to notice shoppers. Go to Uptown Resale for better deals and great service.

My one star is for whom i can only assume is the owner because she is always there. I come back here only because i find decent things for my toddler. Anyways, she is a blonde lady, today she was wearing pink sandals and a pink top. She is the most unwelcoming, sour pickle faced person I’ve ever encountered. The sad part is, I think her personality and bad vibes are in the air, it rubs off on the other young ladies working there. Maybe I won’t be back, it’s an uncomfortable shopping environment for sure.

I don't know if this shop could be any better organized. It's super clean, and the merchandise was all in nearly new condition. Come shop here with no hesitation, they have made the absolute best use of the space that they have at their disposal. Great little thrift store!!!
