I loved this place! It was my first time going to beautiful nails and I was recommended by a friend and they had great service! I was help by nail technician Sunny and he was great! He took time to make sure my nails were the shape that I wanted and helped me pick a color closest to my inspo pick and it was only 50 DOLLARS!!! My inspo pic is the brighter photo and my actual nails are the second pic and they look great! 100/10 recommend!

Most amazing nail techs in BA!! Don’t listen to these negative reviews…give them a try for yourself. Make an appointment today! I’ve tried many other places in BA and this one is the best! Ask for Thai or Dana and they will make sure you leave feeling beautiful!

My daughter went in for a manicure for her vacation The service was terrible and result was an embarrassment. No offer was made to fix the nails. They were supposed to hombre the nails like the second picture.

I spent 2 hours there on a basic almond nail , just one color and it’s lumpy, streaky, uneven and more. Spent 45 dollars on nails that I don’t like, two hours on basic nails is outrageous. Shape isn’t good and just a bad experience.

I have been using Beautiful Nails for over 10 years. Ty, Dana, and Nene are the best! I am never disappointed. I always get compliments on my nails and constantly recommend them. And on top of everything, they are so reasonably priced! Absolutely can’t say enough good things.

Normally I have pretty good service, I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what. While she is filling my nails( I get fills) I have lifts on the top where they have come up. Normally they cut or trim the top then file them down. As we all know if you have them done. She doesn’t do that this time. She takes the fake nail the use to lift it up and jerks it off. She rips the fill along with my fingernail completely off my pinky. There was absolutely no reason to take my nail off. Let alone rip it off. Now I’m looking at her my finger is bleeding she looks at me asks if I’m ok. There is no skin where my nail should be. At this point she is now gentle and more careful and proceeds. She then cuts the nail off the other pinky. Again my finger nail and no reason to be cut off. Yes I could have gotten up and walked out yes I’m mad. She then tells me it will cost me $5. For tips umm no you cut them off and they were not necessary. As I sat there and watched Ty do 3 sets of women’s nails. Another young woman do 2 sets of nails. And another get 2 pedicures I sat with this woman from 10:30 to almost noon. The place is great and normally she does a great job. But today you sucked and my finger is throbbing. You know you did wrong and you didn’t even apologize for it. If you get Ty or the young girl count your blessings.

Was not pleased at all, took 2 hours. We made an appointment & when a walk in appeared, worker left my mom in the middle & never returned. So rude, one worker was left to finish us both.
