Yes this Vet is busy,at times extremely busy, but that's a sign of a Vet who does their performs their job.
I've been using Bent Arrow for over 10 years now and everytime they have preformed over and above expectations.
I highly recommend Bent Arrow Vet. And all the Drs.
As far as grooming goes, use wisdom. This is a place for your Pets to receive "Medical Care". The medical care has always been superior!

They have taken care of my pet ducks multiple times when they were sick. The entire staff is always nice and always makes time for me when an emergency occurs.

Boarded our dog there and he came home with kennel cough. No one at the vet said anything he coughed as we got him into the car and the coughing got worse by the time we got home. Contacted the vet via email and when they opened. She said she could give us medicine. When we picked up the medicine we were charged 50.00. He has his shots and isn’t around other dogs.

Do not take your pet to get groomed there. My dog looks like she was scalped by child. This is the second time that’s happened now. I had my dog boarded there for four nights during this time I had her scheduled to be groomed when I picked her up she had pee stains all over and she looked like a child groomed her. Completely unacceptable

The vets are great, but the new groomer Chris is the WORST!!! Shaved my great Pyrenees to the skin without confirming that's what I wanted!! NEVER USE THEM FOR GROOMING!!
