The technician was knowledgeable, very kind and did an excellent job of replacing a vandalized window. I was late getting to the house to let him in, he waited, I’m sure he was told not to, but I’m 76 years old, and a veteran with disability and I truly appreciate his waiting for me. Salute!!!
