I am so fed up with this daycare. My kids have been going there for about a year and a half. The teachers my kids have had were great! But the director Micah and assistant director Ashley are not great. There has been so many incidents for my kids were hurt, and I was not notified. Especially when my child has a decent bruise or is bleeding I should know. I find out by the teachers, asking me if I knew about the incident happening. They thought my son had a seizure and they didn’t call me! Something could’ve happened to him. The teacher told me at pick up, but I should’ve been called. When my son moved classrooms, his medical conditions were not shared with his teacher. To watch out for things. Luckily, I am one to ask if it was told. There is so many things I can list off that has happened at this daycare. Some teachers were curious about my job as a teacher assistant (paraprofessional) through the school. It was an innocent conversation. I might’ve lightly mentioned that they were hiring, but they always are. That’s common knowledge. But one day when I come in to pick up my children. I walked past the front office as usual, nothing was said to me. Go get my kids. As I’m walking past the office, about to leave the daycare My kids and I are pulled into the office. I get lectured in front of my children. Saying that I was making uncomfortable and they do not allow recruiting of their staff. when I unenrolled my kids, I apologized to the staff I talked to about my job. I did not make them uncomfortable like I was told . They have no idea where that came from. Many of the staff told me they do not blame me for taking my kids out as they have all unenrolled their kids. Their own staff does not want their children attending their daycare where they work. How sad! I have already called higher ups and am considering reporting to DHS.

I have had many friends that has have kids that’s went there. I have came in to pick up many times for my friends and it has always been a relief coming in knowing that the kids are safe and cleaned up. Diaper is always changed and faces are always cleaned up. I want to thank kindercare and all of the teachers for what they do. Ms Erion and Ms Emily make drop off go by smoothly in the morning and are always willing to help. I greatly appreciate it. I will definitely be bringing my kids to kindercare!

We have been going to the location on aspen for almost a year. My son had never been to daycare before and I was so worried about his first experience and the fact I had been told certain things about this specific center. I did go tour it and decided to give it a try! And while no daycare is perfect and there are problems with every place I can say that when a problem arises they are quick to rectify it, and communicate any classroom changes, ect. I do miss the everyday pictures, and the menu that was previously posted but also understand that dealing with children esp toddlers that is not always easy to accomplish. The toddler teacher Emily is absolutely amazing and I wish there were about 5 more of her! They make drop offs simple and offered to let my child hang out in the office before dropping him off as sometimes he can be a little hard to let go especially after a weekend! Would give a 5 star if I got daily pictures and the menu posted other than that, I feel like the teachers care about my child and he is always clean when I pick him up ?

Parents will take your jackets. There is no system. Apparently kindercare just trusts that parents are honest, and their not.

I will say this the director Micah is very nice and understanding and is probably the best part of the daycare. When I first started sending my daughter there it was better they have had a lot of staff turnover and staff don't communicate like they should. We had some issue with them that was could have been avoided if it was for better communication. They use to take a picture every day of what my babies where doing they stopped doing that everyday. They are full time only so when our tribal only made us 3 days a week they said charging 200 on top of what my tribe pays which is close to 2k They gave no notice about the charge and was put into affect immediately even though we were on vacation with our kids and they diddnt even g. If they could get back to the level care they had a year ago they would probably be 4 starts they have fallen off a lot

DO NOT take your kids to Kindercare. They are a corporation that just wants to make money and they DO NOT care about your kids. They put people with your children that are not competent to be responsible for them.

We love our Broken Arrow Aspen 81st Kindercare with Micha as the Director. My grandson is in the infant room. I am his guardian. He has never cried when dropped off which is warm to my heart. I get daily pictures of his activities and his report which I love to receive. He is clean when I pick him up and the teachers are always happy and friendly. The communication at this facility is great in all areas as well. The site is old but is very clean and they keep it decorated very cute. We are very happy there. We are now in the toddler room and so happy! Great teachers, splash days, reading and crafts are awesome!

Idk if per child for infants is supposed to be $1,000 plus a month but that is insane!

The price here per child is absolutely INSANE. There's literally nothing they could do to justify the price. You could nearly lease 3 new Mustangs for their price per child. The price per child is literally a few hundred more than my mortgage.

I’ve never had more problems at any other daycare like I have at this one! They are closed more than they are open. Poor communication, did I mention THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED or not enough staff for the kids to attend. I’ve lost my job because of it

My son has been going to this daycare for 2 years (he's 3 now) and I've been so glad for it. The cost is reasonable, they had no problems with storing and feeding my son the breast milk I provided, they provided infant food when he was learning to eat solids (not all daycares will), and now they are helping with potty training. My son is happy when I drop him off and he is happy when I pick him up. My daughter (who's aged out of daycare) likes to visit when I drop off/pick up because the staff is so friendly and attentive. I know they pay attention to my son because they have called me with questions about his well-being and health during the day, whenever they spotted something that wasn't normal to him (both physically and emotionally). Pre-COVID, the teachers were always ready to talk to me about the day my son had. I miss having that relationship with them. Post-COVID, I know I can call the daycare at any time with any questions and I'll usually get a same day response. If I have a question and the director/assistant director are right there, they will run back the classrooms to get an answer for me. I will always recommend this daycare!
