These people work for big pharma, you know, the ones who want to force deadly vaccines in you. This place is whack. If you’re unhappy at Walgreens or CVS, tough it out because this place is even worse! They are policing legitimate Dr. prescribed medications as if they were the FDA themselves. Which is weird considering they push deadly vaccines and blindly co-sign every word the FDA and WHO has to say. I guess it’s perfectly legal for a pharmacist to lie and make up nonsense in order to achieve their outcome in denying medication on the grounds of whatever moral or ethical reality they choose. Trust me when I say, don’t come here!!!

I fill my medications at the Mark Cuban online pharmacy, with the exception of my anxiety medication that can only be filled at local pharmacies. I had been filling this medication at a different pharmacy but had decided to have my next fill sent to Broken Arrow Family Drug out of convenience for myself. However Broken Arrow Family Drug refuses to fill my anxiety medication on the basis that I don't give them the business for the rest of my medication. I offered them the records for the rest of my medication but they declined.No doubt if I had insurance I likely would fill here, but I don't and the massive cost savings of switching to the aforementioned online pharmacy has been live saving. In the voice mail I received they referred to the anxiety medication I take as a "chronic pain medication" when it has no such application and I've been prescribed it for nearly 10 years.I otherwise had pleasant interactions with this pharmacy in the past but refusing the filling of controlled substance medications for those who are underinsured and have to resort to filling medications through online pharmacies is a sure fire way to make sure you never get my or my family's business in the future.Final word: If you just need prescriptions filled without insurance, they're relatively cheap and very fast, but not cheaper than online pharmacies. ⭐⭐⚫⚫⚫

These guys do a good job as long as little to no communication is needed. If you use their auto refill service or system, things do generally go smoothly.My family and I have used them for over a decade. Twice I have gone without medications over several days each time because they weren’t customer friendly enough to contact me and inform me of their unwillingness to fill a different long-term medications after they had filled them numerous times. These were through no fault of my own, no change of insurance and there were refills available both times.It makes me sad that I guess I am now forced to go with a corporately owned mega-pharmacy instead of supporting locally owned businesses. Thanks, BA Family Drug.

The staff at BA Family Drug were friendly and professional. This was my first time using them to fill my prescription. The customer service I received was significantly better than the service I received with one of the big name pharmacy chains.

Don't expect them to deliver unless they have other deliveries in your area. And they only tell you this if you call to see why you didn't get your meds delivered. I was told by Todd, the owner that it would not be worth it to deliver my prescription even though I have been out for 3 days from my blood pressure meds. Also, when they say they will contact your physician, they do but then if it's denied they don't bother to tell you why. Even though the physician stated that I needed to make an appointment. Very frustrating & they do not care if you are dizzy & can't drive. Do not recommend

I would not recommend this pharmacy. Will never recommend them again. Todd the owner expressed his views loud and clear and so can I. Did consider them part of my family except one particular worker who just wants to argue when he/she was wrong, all other workers are golden except the owner Todd. Used to think they were the best thing since sliced bread until they proved otherwise. Just give them time their true colors shine through eventually. They have a strange way of apologizing and I am just being sure to return the favor. Nice!!!
