Have had mostly positive interaction except for the last time I went. I have been a client of Jolene's for over 3 years and I'm usually early and have waited for her to finish up a client a few times. If I can't make my appointment, I'm courteous enough to call and reschedule. I have referred several clients to Jolene over the years as well. This appointment however, I found myself about 10 minutes behind schedule due to the many construction areas I have to go through on my way there. I was coming from work (Jenks) and thought I left work early enough to get to my 4:00 appointment. Rather than text and drive, I pulled in the parking lot around 4:12. As I parked, I noticed that I had a message on my phone. I took the time, to look to see it was Jolene stating that she had me down for 4:00. Of course I was late and responded, "I'm here", gathered my things and walked into the salon. Jolene's demeanor was less than polite or courteous as I tried tell her that I was sorry, but I got caught in the traffic even though I left work earlier than normal to try to cushion my time. She offered no acceptance of my apology only that she wouldn't have time to blowdry or style my hair because she had another client at 4:30, which means she only allotted 30 minutes for a shampoo, cut, blowdry, and style. I was caught off guard and asked if she ever allowed time for clients to be late and she stated that 15 minutes was the MAX, at which I replied, well, I'm within or right at the 15 minutes. She then stated that after 15 minutes she requires you to reschedule, to which I replied, but I'm right at 15 minutes. We were getting no where and I needed to make a decision. I was looking forward to a new haircut and had sent her pictures a few days before my appointment. She asked me to go to the shampoo bowl to which I replied, can we at least talk about the style I'm wanting? I would think any hairstylest would cushion in time to consult with their clients, especially if they are changing their hairstyle all together. She continued to act inconvienced and told me to go her chair. I was upset, she was upset and I just asked her to cut 1 1/2" off the back only so I could get used to a shorter hair. She did a dry cut (less than 5 minutes), rescheduled my appointment and I was out the door at 4:27. As a note, her 4:30 client had not shown up. Bottom line, I was treated with disrespect and she was rude in front of other clients that were in the salon. Jolene is in a customer service industry and lost a long time client and I will let others that I've referred in the past know about this experience. I am very understanding about being on-time for your appointment, but only allotting 30 minutes with no time in between clients is not a good business practice. Disappointed :(Just to respond to the owner, I am no way denying that I was late, however, Jolene's tone and deameanor caught me off guard and she came across as rude to me. I understand about schedules and timing and wasn't trying to be disrespectful of her time. I can't control traffic and did my best to allow extra time by leaving work early, I actually allowed myself 40 minutes which normally is enough time, but she was already upset. Yes, she offered to reschedule. I never knew you had to tell your hairdresser how much time to allow for an appointment, that's good information. Thank youServices: Haircut

Stacy is amazing. In the ten plus years of going to her she has never canceled or been late she has even helped with my crazy schedule. She is quick and efficient. I only trust her with my hair!!!

This place is the BEST! I have the most awesome hairdresser ever! She is great. I have never had any issues with her work. She listens to MY wants & does all in her power to give me my desires. If you are looking for someone that is top notch call & ask for April! P.s. Another girl is Jolene & even though she hasn't ever worked on my hair, I have watched her do others & she does awesome work & her hair is short & always spunky & gorgeous!!!♡♡♡ THANKS for my hair! I L♡ve it!!
