Started out great 3 months ago. Gone down hill from there. Brought vehicle in for some repairs. Came to pickup vehicle a week later only to discover damage on right rear passenger door. The manager, michael called me a liar, said he wasn't responsible for it. He's correct on that, he's NOT responsible, he's a joke!!! Don't want to hear about your contact us option either, it's also a joke!!Please everyone, save yourself the headache!!

This is the worst company to get a car from. The staff is rude even when you’re not yelling or anything just explaining and telling them not to call you babe. I don’t think it is professional to call a client babe and than get mad because you asked them not to call you babe. And after having the truck they gave us a spare tire that was already messed up the truck has been having issues and after a year of having the truck it has issues with the Engine and they won’t do anything about it because some how we are over the warranty. Worst company ever because they don’t help out their clients they just want your money and if your one day late they want to come get your vehicle. DONT BUY A VEHICLE HERE.

This establishment demonstrates predatory practices, and as a result, I would encourage individuals to avoid conducting business there. However, in cases where there are limited alternatives, it may be necessary to proceed with caution.During the initial purchase process, I was required to provide a down payment of $1,200 for the vehicle. Although this transaction went smoothly, I encountered significant challenges with their annual percentage rates (APRs) and monthly car payments. After nearly a year of attempting to pay off the car, I faced financial difficulties due to the current state of the economy, where job opportunities and wages were inadequate.Unfortunately, after only four weeks of losing my job and actively seeking new employment, the car was repossessed by the establishment. This repossession timeline appeared to be unusually short compared to other institutions that typically grant a grace period of two to three months. Additionally, the late fees imposed by this company were exorbitant and appeared to be exploitative in nature.Furthermore, upon purchasing the vehicle, I discovered that it had a faulty alternator, rendering the battery useless. Moreover, the tires were in hazardous condition, posing a safety risk. These additional expenses for repairing the alternator, battery, and acquiring new tires further complicated my ability to meet monthly payments. It is unreasonable to expect individuals to bear the responsibility for both maintenance costs and monthly installments.Upon contacting the establishment to address these concerns, I encountered an employee, possibly of Hispanic descent, who displayed a disrespectful attitude towards me. She attempted to diminish my concerns and emphasized the need for immediate full payment. This unprofessional behavior further reinforced my decision to discontinue any association with this establishment.Considering the circumstances and experiences described, I strongly advise against shopping at this particular location.

My fiance Bridget Caldwell bought a 2013 Dodge ram hemi Big Horn edition from the Car-Mart broken arrow it is now overheating and has an electrical problem and it hasn't even been a month call to try to get it fixed and I got threatened by account manager Mia and told me to show up at her location.
