This is a great spot to grab a bite to eat and fill up the gas tank. The pizza is pretty good, too.

The front counter staff are hit and miss. Some are ok, some polite, some have an attitude problem. Don’t know how to observe boundaries and keep condescending comments to themselves. Case in point the new person, Lynn, an older woman, typically at counter on left side. She seems to be unaware how cantankerous she sounds, or doesn’t care. One time I approached her saying “How are you doing?” She responded sarcastically “I was fine until I had to stop what I was doing to check you out.” Today I brought my items to her set on the counter, told her I had to get something else. A minute later came back, she said sarcastically, in impatience “well, did you manage to find everything alright.?” I was silent. She then looked at the beer and me and said sarcastically, in a disrespectful tone “Are you sure you’re old enough to buy beer?” which came across even more passive aggressive. I’m 50 years old. I took out a 20 and put it down on the counter somewhat impatiently to object to her attitude. Then she said in a gaslighting tone “Are you doing ooookay today?” I let her know she had an attitude problem and needed to speak differently to people if she’s going to work in customer service. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about, and that the problem was me. As I walked out the door she was laughing. If you’re one of those people who still cares about customer service, you’ll have a better experience down at Quicktrip.

The employees are nice and helpful. My driver side mirror broke and wouldn’t stay in the “mirror holder” and I had a 40 minute drive to my dad’s house to get it fixed. I stopped at Casey’s and asked if anyone could help me find a way to keep my mirror in place for the drive and they went and got something to help me. It may be a little thing, but it means a lot to me that they helped me out and I didn’t have to drive the whole way while holding my mirror. Thank you again Casey employees!

Wonderful store🏪, staff🗣, service🫱🏾🫲🏻, very clean🧼, great products🛍, prices🔖, quality clean fuel ⛽️with amazing rewards program💸. Love delivery service only concerns are since 2024-ish. The pizzas we order a lot delivery/pick-up. Usually, they end up undercooked dough crust (Lil'more🔥⏲️)🫠. Some of the specialty pizzas are not made correctly. (typically explained that staff members didn't know how it was made,or out of toppings ex:Taco pizza🌮🍕. I understand some training can slip since it's a busy store next to high school. It's our favorite still, though 🤩 We appreciate y'all.

I was treated very well here. The young man went out of the way to help me and I appreciate it!

For being such a busy store one would think they should have plenty bags stocked up when buying multiple items but I always seem to find myself making more than one trip to my car to load my purchase. They also seem to never carry enough cash to give exact change if paying with cash. They always turn down cash customers for that reason and a side note from that their cash reader is always malfunction. How in the world do they stay in business with a busted card reader and empty cash registers? The staff is always rude on top of that when they can't fulfill the customers needs. Most caseys I've experienced never been an issue so I believe it all falls on very poor management and it's a wonder they stay in business when they represent themselves as a convenience store. It's more like an inconvenience store. The only best luck a customer can have from this location is buying gas. This will also be followed up with corporate because clearly the management and ownership doesn't care about customer service.
Oh also just to add one more to the crappy service, all of the buy one get one items are false advertising because they never honor those deals. I've voiced my concern multiple times to management to take down advertising if they never fulfill the deal and the only response I get from them is SORRY IT IS WHAT IT IS. MY CONCERN WILL BE ADRESSED TO BBB AND THE AG OFFICES

I thought they were supposed have pizza at all times? Now it seems that everytime I go in there they’re out and say we can make a whole pizza. Not everyone works during the day, some of us work night shifts and can’t get a slice of pizza! Very disappointing. Would love to get feedback on this consistent issue and the logic behind it.

Live nearby and often not up to par. I walk in at 8am on 10/19 and try to see any breakfast items - only 2 items which looked off. The whole store doesn’t seem to be team players as they often leave one cashier for a line of 6 or so people, and don’t recognize that one person is backed up. Poor management

I go to a different campus during lunch at the Broken Arrow High School and Casey’s is the closest where I can have lunch but they won’t let the high schoolers in because of a limit…and it’s really frustrating because I need to be somewhere at a certain time and they are very rude to their customers, the Casey’s on East Kenosha is way better…highschoolers are paying customers and they need to be treated right. Come on Casey’s…

I order pizza from here all the time but I ask for square cut pieces and I always get regular slices. I don’t say any thing because I don’t want to be rude but it’s really annoying when they don’t pay attention

I went to casey’s for lunch today with some friends and we had to wait only 5 students in at a time which is fine whatever. But we didn’t know there was a line so the lady was rude and so we waited. She came back out and said only two and there were three of us so my friend and i decided to wait while my other friend went to get a drink( me and my friend that waited were not buying anything) so we went to the other side of the line. She came out for the third time saying “ okay come in now… the lines on the other side” and having an attitude. so she told us to go come in. As we were with my friend we could hear her talking about us and how she had to tell us twice about the line. Then when we got into the line to pay the cashier was VERY rude to my friend about her card and it not going through because she punched in the wrong number. Had a massive attitude and a very rude tone of voice toward her. As we left the other cashier said “they didn’t buy anything” all we said was yeah we came in. and the cashier that was very rude to my friend said “ you held up all these people in line” and she was very rude to me and my other friend”( we were in there for three minutes). The lady who came and TOLD us to come in said “ yeah don’t come in if you don’t wanna buy anything you can’t have ur little friends in here just to hang out” they were EXCEPTIONALLY rude to three teenage girls. Safe to say worst experience. They were rude to some boys to because they didn’t come in for a second i believe one of them called them an idiot.

I really like the taste of Casey’s pizza especially the cheese, but lately it’s been really difficult to get one at the Albany location. If you can get through their computer voiced ordering system, you are a more patient person than I am. What I do is ask for a representative and talk to somebody human. But
The last couple times I have tried this I’ve been told it would be an hour and a half wait. When asked for an explanation of why she did not have an answer for me. boo hiss off to Mazzio‘s I go

This store does not even have a cash drawer to give change for a hundred! The service was horrible and management is non existent! Don’t recommend
