The worst convenience store I've ever been to in my life absolute garbage they gave me a product from behind the counter threw it in my bag without me really seeing because I was in a hurry I went back and they won't exchange it for the right thing so I paid $20 for absolutely nothing not to mention there is trash always blowing out around in their parking lot and their storage discussing and their found drinks taste like raw sewage and everything I've ever ordered from there or bought from there was cold and old absolute wear store in the Broken Arrow area

I did a exchange on a propane tank i got ready to use it and it would not seal properly it was leaking propane. I took it back thinking they would just give me another on. They said they would have to have a receipt which i did not have. Or come back when there manger was there. NO common sense!!

The lights are automatic and turn off while I'm on the toilet. And there's never any toilet paper.

This Casey's specifically, on Kenosha next to the turnpike, has really great potential. Great location, updated/modern store, it's just being managed into the ground. There is some kind of problem with the drink machine or ice machine most of the time, problems don't get fixed timely, about 30% of the fuel pumps do not work properly, and if you order food, it regularly takes 10 to 30 minutes longer than advertised. Owner needs to have a serious performance review with the store manager soon.

Great place for gas and some lunch!
Parking: Plenty of parking at the gas pump! Same for the store front near the door.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are usually always available parking spaces next to the front entrance.

Casey's has always been my go to for diesel,snacks and pretty quick service, even when there is a rush of customers, I've never had a bad experience here. The restrooms are clean, and the folks who work there are very nice. Thanks for being a great place to stop!

Stores are always clean, Someone is always there to help, if there are long lines two people check out!! QT you have let another chain come in and making QT not what it used to be! Great job Casey's!
